We are joining forces with Laura Gibson and seven dancers from The Oregon Ballet Theater to bring you Uprising! Conceived by OBT soloist Candace Bouchard, Uprising is a movement among the dancers of OBT designed to bring the beauty of ballet to new audiences in non-traditional venues while fostering collaborations with outstanding local artists. The newest installment at The Aladdin Theatre will team WEINLAND and LAURA Gibson with seven Oregon Ballet Theatre dancers for two seperate ninety-minute performances costumed by local designer Emily Katz and featuring new choreography by Bouchard.
